The Center for Coffee Research and Education seeks to elevate smallholder coffee farmers out of poverty through research, education, and training. In partnership with USAID and others, projects have been initiated in Central and South America and Rwanda. The Center continues its efforts to expand international activities for improving coffee cultivation and quality and producer livelihoods.
